Due to new rules from Vladivostok Air to change the back flight date is possible only in agency, where the ticket was issued. Commission for back flight date changes:
 * 8days fare    - back flight changes not permitted for this fare
 * 21 days fare - 20,250 yen per 1 ticket
 * 6 month fare - 5,250 yen per 1 ticket
   *Changes/ cancellations.
After the air ticket was issued, all changes or cancellation is subject to be charge for the following penalty:
 - 2 days prior the departure: 8days fare - 40,000yen; 21days fare - 30,000yen; 6month fare -10,000yen.
 - 24 hours before departure: 8days fare - 45,000yen; 21days fare - 35,000yen; 6month fare -15,000yen.
 - no show or use only one way - no refund.

  * In case of purchasing air ticket 5 day prior the departure, additionale charge 5,000yen is required.
